... and we are closer than ever to making the MLKC Website all we want it to be for you. We have already been able to help visitors who have contacted us via the site, from as far away as Georgia! There's still construction to be completed -- we have so much to share with you!
Even now, you will find this to be a valuable source of information about the Annual Martin Luther King Day Community Celebration, including the Martin Luther King Award, the Martin Luther King Arts & Writing Contest, the Lionel Washington Johnson Youth Awards, the Guest Speaker, and the historic roster of Previous Recipients of the Martin Luther King Award.

Additionally, you will find the Website to be a year-round asset via the educational benefit of our Speakers Bureau, and the site’s links to our Member Organizations as well as other Martin Luther King-related Websites. ,

As construction continues, in the future you’ll enjoy being able to find information about the Coalition's rich history: its beginnings and what it has become today; previous Winners of the Martin Luther King Youth Challenge/Arts & Writing Contest, Guest Speakers, & other notables who have been a part of the Community Celebration. You will also be able to find information about the local entertainment showcased at the celebration.

The News Page will be updated to reflect current events of the Coalition's Member Organizations when their Reps provide the information, particularly those events related to the aims and ideals of Martin Luther King.
